Description
Faux bois at its most convincing. The Dunmore Large Bench is cast to look so much like wood, down to the striated grain and the slatted seat, that it lives up to its centuries-old name. A Charbon de Bois finish carries the illusion across the whole piece, while a steel frame beneath the concrete makes it ready for the garden, the terrace, or a grand entry. At over 98 inches long, it is a commanding place to sit and a quiet work of art when no one is sitting at all.
Dimensions: 48.75″H x 99″W x 29″D; seat 19″H x 90.5″W x 19″D. Finish: Charbon de Bois. Material: Concrete and wrought iron. Suitable for outdoor use. By Currey & Company (item 2000-0048).
